SHOW TIMES 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

SHOW LOCATION Ancaster Fairgrounds, 630 Trinty Road South, Ancaster, ON

Booths include: 

• 8′ rear drape, 3′ side drape
• one 8′ table
• one chair
• 10 comp. tickets ($100 Value)
• Promotional items in swag bag (200)

Table cloth is not included. Carpet/Flooring is not included.

DISPLAY OF EXHIBITS
Displays must not protrude beyond the measured booth dimensions, nor obstruct a clear view of the neighboring booths, may not be taller than 8 feet high, including signs, and must be free standing. Low side dividers between exhibits should not exceed 36 inches in height. Displays cannot be attached to walls, structural supports, or flooring in the exhibit building, by nails, screws, bolts or permanent cement, nor maythey suspend anything from the ceiling or rafters. No painting of the floor of the premises is permitted. No exhibitor shall permit the exposure of any unfinished surface.

All exhibits must be set up between the hours indicated on official show information package. No changes to displays can be made during show hours. Exhibitor set up will be Friday May 27, 2022 between 2pm – 6pm, Please note on Friday evening the building will close at 6:30pm.

or Saturday May 28, 2022 between 8:30 – 9:30am (by request only) exhibitors will be permitted to pick a load-in time.  If you would like to load in on Saturday morning please email info@bumpbabyandtoddler.com 

Please come to the ticket counter first to pick up your exhibitor badge, and confirm your booth location. Our staff will guide you next steps.

All booths must be set-up by 9:45AM Sharpe.

2. then move your car (park at rear of parking lot)
3. then set-up your booth

VIRTUAL COUPON BOOK (free for Vendors)

The Virtual Coupon Book is  emailed to ALL attendees (guests) that visit to the expo. This is free advertising for vendors, and an added value way to reach all attendees and keep you engaged after the expo.

Loading Out (please read)

Take-down will be between 4:15pm – 5:30pm on Sunday May 29, 2022
Exhibitors WILL NOT dismantle their booth (or pack up the table top) prior to the conclusion of the show hours (ie. 4:00pm); The loading doors will not be open until 4:15pm Sunday (and only when all customers have left the show floor)

Exhibitors that dismantle (in full or part) of their booth or leave prior to the conclusion of the show WILL NOT be invited to future events;

Exhibitors that leave the show (meaning packed up and not in attendance) at the show close (4:00 PM) may be billed a $50.00 fine and will not be invited to future events ** THIS IS A RULE WE STRONGLY ENFORCED**

Take all your garbage with you or put it in a garbage can (leave your area as clean as you found it when you arrived)
Any boxes must be flattened
