Show Date, Times & Location
Bump, Baby & Toddler Expo
Show Dates/Hours: Saturday, October 24, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Location: Ancaster Fairgrounds 630 Trinity Rd S, Ancaster, ON L0R 1R0 [map]
Load-in / Load-out:
Load-in:
- Friday, October 23, 2026 2:00 pm. to 5:30 p.m. (please book this in advance)
- Saturday, October 24, 2026 from 7:30 a.m. to 9:45 a.m.
Booths must be fully set-up at least 15 minutes before the show opens and remain occupied for the duration of the show.
Load-out:
- Saturday, October 24, 2026 from 4:05 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- No space may be dismantled in part or whole prior to the conclusion of the show (i.e. do not dismantle before 4:00pm). A $25 penalty will be issued for late set-up or early dismantle as per our terms and conditions.

Floor Plan & Booth Numbers

*booth numbers are draft until October 19, 2026. There may be slight changes to booth location leading up to the show, due to cancellations or balancing between similar vendors. There will be no booth changes after October 19.

Product-Based Businesses
Suggested contributions*:

Each show, we work with a small group of 6–10 Ontario Mama Creators who help share the BBTE experience with their audiences before and during the Expo.
Want a Mama Creator shopping your booth + sharing your brand as part of their BBTE social coverage?
Partner with one (or more!) of our Mama Creators by offering a product or shopping credit to use at your booth.

Unfortunately, trade show vendors are frequently targeted by scammers attempting to sell attendee lists, insurance, hotel bookings and other fraudulent services.
How to verify it’s really Bump, Baby & Toddler Expo:
✅ Official BBTE communications come from info@bumpbabyandtoddler.com or operations@bumpbabyandtoddler.com.
✅ Vendor applications are only completed through our official Bump, Baby & Toddler Expo website. We do not use Google Forms, Jotform or similar platforms for vendor applications.
✅ Official invoices/payment requests are sent through QuickBooks.
✅ The only email addresses used to receive e-transfers are info@bumpbabyandtoddler.com
If something doesn’t look right, please ask us before responding, clicking a link or sending payment. We’re always happy to verify an email for you.
What is included with your booth fees?
Booths include: a draped booth, 8′ rear drape, 3′ side drape (size as per your application). One chair is included.
Tables are not included but can be rented for an additional fee ($20+hst).
You must stay inside, within your allotted booth space, This means you can not walk around and hand out information, or stand in the aisles. This also means you may not post or leave promotional material for your business in other areas of the show (ie. bathrooms, front desk, eating areas etc.)
All BBTE booth packages include 3′ side drape, 8′ rear drape, one chair, standard digital listing on our Interactive Floor Plan, Offer in our Post Show eBlast, sent to all attendees, Vendor Master Training + Connector Private Event (pre-show), Optional inclusion in our swag bags, vip gift bags, and influencer gift bags.
Please refer to your vendor package for complimentary tickets and social media mentions (as they differ with each package)
Insurance
lease note that the event insurance and venue insurance does not cover individual vendors for liability or content. You are responsible for your own insurance.
